Ann Shaw

Ann Shaw practices in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy, and business law. She provides her clients with individual, legal attention for their real estate matters. All settlements handled by her Firm are conducted by an attorney. The Firm is adept at meeting the needs of Mortgage Brokers and their Borrowers. Also, Ann Shaw provides inclusive services to Buyers and Sellers in "For Sale By Owner" transactions. Assisting private lenders and investors is another key part of her real estate practice.

In the area of Bankruptcy law, Ann Shaw counsels clients as to their options under both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 (payment plan). Since one primary purpose of the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy is to prevent foreclosure of the client's home, her Firm is able to file a Chapter 13 on an "emergency" basis.
